Our Services

Triple Zee Logistics provides logistics and delivery services including, but not limited to:

• Same-city deliveries
• Inter-city deliveries
• Interstate deliveries
• Express deliveries
• E-commerce deliveries
• Bulk and commercial logistics
• Haulage services
• Pickup and drop-off services
• Delivery tracking

Service availability, delivery times, pricing and coverage may vary depending on the location, package, service type and operational conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking a delivery.

This includes:

• Correct sender and receiver information
• Accurate pickup and delivery addresses
• Valid telephone numbers
• Accurate package descriptions
• Correct package size and weight information

Triple Zee Logistics shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.

Prohibited Items

Customers must not use Triple Zee Logistics services to transport items that are illegal, dangerous or prohibited by applicable Nigerian laws.

Prohibited items may include, without limitation:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Explosives and hazardous materials
• Stolen goods
• Illegal weapons
• Counterfeit goods
• Items prohibited by applicable law
• Any item that poses an unreasonable safety risk

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the transportation of any package that violates these terms or applicable law.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, operational challenges, security situations, inaccurate addresses, recipient unavailability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pricing and Payments

Delivery charges are calculated based on factors such as service type, distance, package characteristics and applicable operational charges.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with their delivery.

Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers. Triple Zee Logistics does not store customers' full card details on its servers.

Package Condition and Liability

Customers should package items appropriately for transportation. Fragile or sensitive items should be clearly identified and adequately protected.

Triple Zee Logistics will take reasonable measures to handle shipments responsibly. However, we are not responsible for losses, damage or delays resulting from inadequate packaging, inaccurate information, inherent defects, prohibited items, recipient unavailability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Customers may receive a tracking number for eligible deliveries. Tracking information is provided to help customers monitor shipment progress.

Tracking information may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of system, connectivity or operational issues.

Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You should immediately notify Triple Zee Logistics if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Account Suspension or Termination

Triple Zee Logistics may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, misuse of our platform, violation of these terms or conduct that may compromise the safety of customers, riders or the public.

Intellectual Property

The Triple Zee Logistics name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, text and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without prior authorization.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, mapping services, communication platforms or other technology providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Triple Zee Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
